Prices

All prices advertised are the price you will pay. 

​

Payment 

Full payment is required at the time of booking, this helps reduce no shows and cancellations. 


Refunds can be issued within 48 hours of the booking being made. After this time, refunds will not be given but you may reschedule or change your treatment choice free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your appointment.

If your treatment does not go ahead on the day and you are still entitled to it, it must be booked within a suitable time deemed appropriate by Serenity Peace. 

 

All gift voucher/card payments must be made at the time of purchase via the checkout method available.

​

Gift Vouchers/eGift Cards

All gift voucher boxes and eGift cards are non refundable and non transferable. 

Vouchers and eGift card expiry dates will not be extended in any case. 

Please allow plenty of time to book your treatment before the expiry date to avoid any disappointment,

Gift vouchers have no monetary value and can only be used against treatments. 

​

The Sellers failure to insist upon strict adherence to any of the terms and conditions with this contract shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights within these terms and conditions.

 

Legal Liability 

Liability of Serenity Peace shall in no circumstances exceed the original value of the price charged for it's service. Serenity Peace cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequences of the treatments it provides when the consent forms have been completed and signed.

Agreeing to Terms & Conditions

By booking and purchasing with Serenity Peace you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions. 

 

This does not affect your statutory rights.
