A safe, supportive space designed to help you gently release emotional heaviness, process what you’ve been carrying, and create space for softness within. What to expect Arrival & Settling In You’ll be welcomed into a calming, nurturing space where you can settle in slowly with a warm drink and begin to unwind emotionally and physically. Oracle Card & Emotional Intention Setting Your session begins with selecting an oracle card to guide the energy of your session and support emotional reflection and release. Guided Meditation Experience You’ll be guided through a soothing meditation focused on emotional release and letting go, supported with calming music and a heated eye mask to encourage feelings of safety and comfort. Reflective Journaling The journaling portion of this session is designed to help you express and release emotions you may have been holding onto, creating space to process feelings gently and without judgement. Grounding Conversation & Closing The session ends with supportive conversation and grounding reflection, helping you leave feeling emotionally lighter, softer, and more supported. You’ll also take your oracle card home with you as a gentle reminder of your session and the intention you uncovered.
Booking Policy
Last minute cancellations and no shows have a huge impact on our business. To prevent this and to make it fair for all clients the following booking policy applies. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your appointment but we ask that you do so 48 hours prior to your appointment start time. Cancelling or rescheduling in less than 48 hours will result in loss of the appointment and no refunds will be given. Failure to arrive on time for your treatment will result in the appointment time being reduced. If you fail to show up to your appointment a cancellation email will be sent to you and any future bookings you make will be cancelled. This booking policy also applies to all bookings made via gift voucher. Gift vouchers are non transferable and non refundable.
