A reflective and nurturing experience designed to help you reconnect inward during times of change, emotional disconnect, self-growth, or uncertainty. What to expect Arrival & Settling In You’ll be welcomed into a calm, comforting space where you can settle in with a warm drink and simply allow yourself to pause. Oracle Card & Intention Setting Your session begins with intuitively choosing an oracle card to guide your experience and encourage deeper self-reflection throughout the session. Guided Meditation Experience You’ll be guided through a meditation focused on self-connection, inner awareness, and tuning back into yourself. With soothing music and a heated eye mask, this part of the session encourages presence, softness, and stillness. Reflective Journaling The journaling in this session is focused on reconnecting with your inner world, exploring your emotions, values, desires, and what feels aligned for you right now. Grounding Conversation & Closing The session closes with gentle conversation and reflection, allowing space to explore anything that arose during the experience. You’ll leave feeling more connected to yourself and take your oracle card home as a meaningful reminder of your session.
Booking Policy
Last minute cancellations and no shows have a huge impact on our business. To prevent this and to make it fair for all clients the following booking policy applies. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your appointment but we ask that you do so 48 hours prior to your appointment start time. Cancelling or rescheduling in less than 48 hours will result in loss of the appointment and no refunds will be given. Failure to arrive on time for your treatment will result in the appointment time being reduced. If you fail to show up to your appointment a cancellation email will be sent to you and any future bookings you make will be cancelled. This booking policy also applies to all bookings made via gift voucher. Gift vouchers are non transferable and non refundable.
