A deeply calming experience created to help soothe an overwhelmed nervous system and bring you back into a grounded, rested state when life feels stressful, overstimulating, or emotionally draining. What to expect Arrival & Settling In You’ll arrive into a warm, peaceful environment designed to help your body immediately begin to slow down. Enjoy a comforting drink as you settle into the space at your own pace. Oracle Card & Gentle Grounding Your session begins with selecting an oracle card to guide the energy of your experience, followed by gentle grounding to help you reconnect with the present moment and feel safe within your body. Guided Meditation Experience You’ll then be guided through a soothing, body-focused meditation supported with calming music and a heated eye mask. This part of the session is designed to regulate the nervous system, soften tension, and encourage deep rest. Reflective Journaling Your journaling prompts will focus on recognising stress patterns, understanding what your body needs, and reconnecting with feelings of calm, safety, and balance. Grounding Conversation & Closing The session ends with supportive conversation and gentle reflection, helping you leave feeling more regulated, soothed, and connected to yourself. Your chosen oracle card is yours to take home as a reminder of the calm you created during your session.
Booking Policy
Last minute cancellations and no shows have a huge impact on our business. To prevent this and to make it fair for all clients the following booking policy applies. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your appointment but we ask that you do so 48 hours prior to your appointment start time. Cancelling or rescheduling in less than 48 hours will result in loss of the appointment and no refunds will be given. Failure to arrive on time for your treatment will result in the appointment time being reduced. If you fail to show up to your appointment a cancellation email will be sent to you and any future bookings you make will be cancelled. This booking policy also applies to all bookings made via gift voucher. Gift vouchers are non transferable and non refundable.
