A peaceful escape designed just for new mums. This slow, flowing, Lomi Lomi–inspired massage melts tension from tired shoulders, aching backs and overworked arms, while gently calming the nervous system after months of physical and emotional change. With warm, rhythmic, wave-like touch, the body is lulled into deep relaxation — helping you unwind, reconnect with yourself and feel truly supported again, not just as a mum, but as you. A soft, dreamy moment of rest, care and reset, created for the woman who gives so much, and deserves to receive. For mums who have delivered via a vaginal delivery, you can have a postnatal massage as soon as you feel comfortable. For mums who have delivered via a caesarean delivery, 4-6 weeks is recommended or until you feel comfortable laying on your tummy. Although postnatal massage is recommended, please check with your GP or midwife to make sure you are suitable for massage, especially if you have any medical conditions or if there were any complications during labour. When your treatment comes to an end, take a moment to linger in tranquility. Enjoy a calming herbal tea or indulgent hot chocolate and 10 peaceful minutes, allowing serenity to stay with you as you step back into the noise of the world.
Booking Policy
Last minute cancellations and no shows have a huge impact on our business. To prevent this and to make it fair for all clients the following booking policy applies. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your appointment but we ask that you do so 48 hours prior to your appointment start time. Cancelling or rescheduling in less than 48 hours will result in loss of the appointment. Failure to arrive on time for your treatment will result in the appointment time being reduced. If you fail to show up to your appointment a cancellation email will be sent to you and any future bookings you make will be cancelled. This booking policy also applies to all bookings made via gift voucher. Gift vouchers are non transferable and non refundable.
