Do you have a strain or sports injury? Suffer with chronic pain or inflammation? Maybe you prefer a massage with more pressure? Deep tissue massage involves applying pressure using slow, deep strokes that target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps break down scar tissue that forms after an injury and helps reduce tension in the muscles and tissues. Deep tissue massage also promotes faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation. You may experience some soreness after a deep tissue massage. If you would like a more relaxing treatment I would advise an aromatherapy or Swedish massage.
Booking Policy
Last minute cancellations and no shows have a huge impact on our business. To prevent this and to make it fair for all clients the following booking policy applies. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your appointment but we ask that you do so 48 hours prior to your appointment start time. Cancelling or rescheduling in less than 48 hours will result in loss of the appointment. Refunds will only be issued within 48 hours of the booking being made. Failure to arrive on time for your treatment may result in the appointment time being reduced. If you fail to show up to your appointment a cancellation email will be sent to you and any future bookings you make will be cancelled. This booking policy also applies to all bookings made via gift voucher or eGift cards. Gift vouchers and eGift cards are non transferable and non refundable.
