Begin with a 20 minute guided meditation to gently calm your mind and settle into your body. Let the soothing guidance ease tension and ground your energy, creating a peaceful, welcoming space for your treatment — leaving you refreshed, centred, and ready to embrace your day. Next, cocoon the skin in hydration and calm with an invigorating 20 minute back scrub and clay mask. Finely blended exfoliants glide over your skin, gently lifting away dullness and fatigue. The luxurious textures, combined with awakening aromatherapy citrus notes, awaken your senses. energize your body, smooth your skin, and leave you feeling vibrant and renewed. Your ritual ends with a 20 minute deep flow back massage which releases stiffness, improves mobility, and gently awakens the muscles, leaving you feeling open, light, and aligned. Before you rush back out into the world, enjoy a complimentary herbal tea or indulgent hot chocolate, taking a moment to savour warmth, calm, and self-care. Booking Policy
Last minute cancellations and no shows have a huge impact on our business. To prevent this and to make it fair for all clients the following booking policy applies. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your appointment but we ask that you do so 48 hours prior to your appointment start time. Cancelling or rescheduling in less than 48 hours will result in loss of the appointment and no refunds will be given. Failure to arrive on time for your treatment will result in the appointment time being reduced. If you fail to show up to your appointment a cancellation email will be sent to you and any future bookings you make will be cancelled. This booking policy also applies to all bookings made via gift voucher. Gift vouchers are non transferable and non refundable.
